how it works
To register your company by local authorities, your business must provide an address. The address you choose is the one that will be used for the company notary acts, entreprise registration, VAT number activation; furthermore, it will be visible on all your invoices, official documents and communication supports.
1. CONTACT US
Make an appointment with us: we’d like to know more about you before setting up your business address at Bon Jour!
2. SIGN THE AGREEMENT
Sign the Bon Jour virtual office agreement, prepared by a lawyer in conformity with the Belgian law. If you don’t have an entreprise number yet, we will add it later.
3. GET A STORAGE
Get a safe space where to leave all your legal documents required by law.
4. GET A MAILBOX
Start receiving your parcel at Bon Jour! We check our mailbox everyday and put your post in your personal mailbox. Once we receive something, you get notified.
5. PICK UP YOUR MAIL
Come pick your parcel up at Bon Jour from Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm. If you wish us to forward it to another address, the service is free but the shipping is at your charge.
6. ENJOY YOUR MEETINGS
Need a place for a meeting, a seminar, a client visit? No stress! You can use our meeting room for free up to 5 hours / month.
